Reach the right desk the first time.

estate.sh is a public index of Georgian property listings, kept current from dozens of sources. A wrong price, a takedown, commercial access — each has its own desk, and choosing well is the shortest path to a real answer.

  • Replies within European working hours
  • Plain text is plenty — no account, no form
  • Source-owner notices move to the front

Where to write

Three desks, one for each kind of message.

  • Corrections, product issues, and first impressions.

The right desk for almost everything. Send the estate.sh link and tell us which field or behaviour looks off — we trace it back to the record from there.

    • Wrong price, area, or address
    • Broken images or duplicate listings
    • Search, map, or filter that misbehaves

    Abuse & takedowns

    abuse@estate.sh

    Reviewed first

    Source-owner requests and sensitive data.

Reviewed before anything else. Include the estate.sh URL, the original source URL, and the exact content in question so we can act without a second round-trip.

    • Source-owner takedown notices
    • Abuse, harassment, or fraud reports
    • Exposed personal data
  • 03

    API & commercial

    api@estate.sh

    Higher limits, attribution, and partnerships.

For anything past light personal use. Tell us the volume you expect and what you are building, and we will point you to the right terms.

    • Higher rate limits or bulk access
    • White-label and partnership talks
    • Attribution and redistribution

Write something we can act on

Four lines turn a report into a fix.

We reconcile listings across many sources, so context is what lets us find the exact record and correct it. The more precise your message, the sooner it is resolved.

  1. 01

    Link the page

Paste the estate.sh URL you are looking at. It pins the exact listing, language, and snapshot.

  2. 02

    Point to the field

Name what is off — price, area, an image, a behaviour — and what it should say instead.

  3. 03

    Add the source

When a listing looks wrong, the original source URL lets us compare and fix at the root.

  4. 04

    Keep it plain

Plain text is perfect and screenshots help. No template, login, or attachment rules.

Before you write

Some fixes live at the source, not here.

estate.sh aggregates public listings and refreshes them on a regular cycle. When a source listing is wrong or removed, the durable fix usually belongs to the source — and we pick it up automatically.

  1. 01

    You spot it

A listing on estate.sh is wrong, stale, or already gone.

  2. 02

    The source is fixed

Corrections usually belong to the original listing owner or portal.

  3. 03

    We mirror it

estate.sh re-crawls and reflects the change within a refresh cycle.
