Most property sites are designed to sell. estate.sh is designed to inform. We do the boring work of comparing every listing against its neighbours so you can spend your time on listings that actually deserve attention.

§ 02. The pipeline
Every property page shows you how it was scored, what it was compared against, and how many listings sat in each band. No black boxes.
We continuously ingest four classified source feeds, normalise the schema across sources, and store the canonical record. Every field, including the raw payload, stays attached.
Providers blur addresses. We grade every coordinate (exact, street, area, district) and either accept it as-is, snap it to a confident centroid, or flag the bounding area on the map.
For every listing, we compute the local median in a 250m, district, and city ring. That gives you a single comparison: how this listing stacks against the surrounding market.
Bands feed a value tone (extremely good to extremely bad) that powers the map markers and card chips. You see investment context at a glance, no spreadsheet required.
