The pipeline
Refresh, normalise, deduplicate.
Listings are refreshed regularly from public pages. We normalise the noisy bits, then group likely duplicates into one canonical property when the evidence is strong enough.

Visible source pages are fetched on a rolling schedule. New, changed, and removed listings are detected each cycle.

Normalise
Location, currency, property type, deal type, area, and images are mapped to a common shape with confidence flags.

Group
Likely duplicates are merged into one canonical property surface when the evidence across sources is strong.

Cards and detail pages link back to every source we found, so verification stays one click away.
