A $100k apartment means nothing until you know the square metres, district, and condition behind it. Every guide pushes you toward the common denominator first.

Live listings are the first screen
Compare a property against active inventory in the same city, district, and type before you compare it against the asking price. Cheap and below-market are not the same thing.
