estate.sh helps users search public property listings and compare them against nearby market data. It does not broker deals, represent buyers or sellers, verify ownership, provide valuations, or give legal, tax, immigration, or investment advice.
Prices, availability, measurements, images, addresses, and descriptions come from public source listings. They can be stale, incomplete, duplicated, or wrong. Verify details on the original source listing before contacting a seller or agent.
Some properties have exact coordinates; others use street, neighborhood, district, or city-level estimates. We surface accuracy and radius where we have them. Exchange-rate conversions are informational and can differ from real transaction rates.
Launch copy assumes Georgia as the default jurisdiction for this product surface. It still needs legal review before estate.sh becomes a company or supports transaction workflows.
