What this product does

Four limits.
Plainly stated.

The launch product is a search and context layer over public listings. Use it to find candidates and orient yourself in a market; then verify, view, and transact on the original source.

§ 01 Scope

Market context, not a broker.

estate.sh helps users search public property listings and compare them against nearby market data. It does not broker deals, represent buyers or sellers, verify ownership, provide valuations, or give legal, tax, immigration, or investment advice.

  • No brokerage
  • No valuations
  • No legal advice
§ 02 Data limits

Listing accuracy varies.

Prices, availability, measurements, images, addresses, and descriptions come from public source listings. They can be stale, incomplete, duplicated, or wrong. Verify details on the original source listing before contacting a seller or agent.

  • Source-derived data
  • Can be stale or wrong
  • Verify on source
§ 03 Location & FX

Confidence is exposed per listing.

Some properties have exact coordinates; others use street, neighborhood, district, or city-level estimates. We surface accuracy and radius where we have them. Exchange-rate conversions are informational and can differ from real transaction rates.

  • Exact · street · area
  • Radius shown when known
  • FX is informational
§ 04 Jurisdiction

Georgia is the default surface.

Launch copy assumes Georgia as the default jurisdiction for this product surface. It still needs legal review before estate.sh becomes a company or supports transaction workflows.

  • Georgia default
  • Pre-incorporation
  • No transactions

Before you act

Always verify on the original source.

Every property page links to the source listing. Use the source for contact, viewing, negotiation, payment, and transaction workflows.
